I’ll ask specific questions about your venue, your timeline and the flow of your day. My goal is to provide immediate, tangible value by offering expert advice right then and there. The conversation is entirely focused on you and how we can make your day seamless. You’ll leave that first call with actionable ideas and the peace of mind that I am here to help, whether you have more questions now or later.
2. The Collaboration | The Project Plan - Once you’re a Timeless by Nate client, the Project Manager in me truly gets to work. We formalise our walkthrough process, analyzing the light, locations, and logistics of your venue. I collaborate directly with your wedding planner to build a seamless timeline—one that is technically sound, but more importantly, one that feels effortless for you. We build in the breathing room that allows me, as your 'Witty Friend,' to capture the candid, natural moments.
3. The Day | Elegant without the Awkward - On your wedding day, our role is to be your 'calm in the chaos'. We are an unobtrusive presence, anticipating moments before they happen , so you can be fully present and 'enjoy your wedding, knowing your photographs will make you laugh, make you cry and wow you'.

For every client, I apply my artistic eye to curate a suggested heirloom album design, which you can review in your private online gallery. This provides a beautiful, story-driven starting point for you to customise and make your own.
For those who desire the complete, hands-off Project Manager experience, my signature collection includes full-service, collaborative album design. With this service, I personally manage the entire creation of your heirloom, from the initial photo curation and narrative design to collaborating with you on every refinement. I handle the entire production process, delivering a finished, tangible legacy directly to your hands without you ever having to do the work. This is the Elegant without the Awkward philosophy applied to your family's first heirloom.
